01Our approach
Fewer homes, looked at properly.
AUREL is an imagined London property consultancy. It is part of a Devectra design study into what an architecture-led property brand could feel like: calm, well-edited and more interested in the building than the sale.

02Principles
Principles
01
Visit at different hours
A home looks different at nine and at four. We note where the light falls, how the street sounds and which room draws you back.
02
Describe what is there
Descriptions cover proportions, materials and circulation. We leave out the adjectives and keep the measurements.
03
Show fewer, better frames
A short, honest set of images is more useful than forty similar ones. Every frame needs a reason to be there.
04
Let viewings take their time
We arrange viewings that give a house room to be itself, without a crowd.
03People
The team, illustratively
AUREL has no real staff. These roles show how a studio of this kind might be organised.
